Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may occasionally be delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Times & Rates

Australia (Domestic Shipping)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days (typically 7–12 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on destination
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours after dispatch.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods outside our control.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns

We offer eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
