How long does shipping take?
We ship across Australia and internationally.
Australia: 7–15 business days (free standard shipping)
International: 10–20 business days
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. All products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
