- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the shipping process.
